How much does polished concrete cost in Southwest Florida?
Polished concrete typically starts around $4 per square foot and climbs with the level of shine, how much grinding and crack repair your slab needs, and any dyes or designs. Larger areas usually cost less per foot. The only honest way to give a real number is to look at your slab — call us for a free quote.
Polished concrete or epoxy — which is better for my floor?
It depends on the space. Polished concrete is your existing slab ground and refined into a hard, low-maintenance shine — great for showrooms, retail, and modern homes. Epoxy is a coating bonded on top, ideal for garages, shops, and anywhere you want a specific color, flake, or chemical resistance. We'll tell you straight which one fits your slab and how you use it.
How long does an epoxy floor last in Florida's humidity?
A properly prepped epoxy floor holds up for years, even in Florida heat and humidity — and the key word is prepped. We diamond-grind the concrete first so the coating bonds into the slab instead of sitting on top of it. Skipping that prep is the number-one reason epoxy floors peel down here.
Do you do garage floors?
Yes — garage floors are one of our most popular jobs. We grind the slab, repair cracks and pitting, and lay down our epoxy/polyaspartic system — an epoxy base with a polyaspartic top coat — in the flake and finish you want. The result cleans up easy, shrugs off hot tires and chemicals, and looks a world better than a painted slab.
Do you do CNC logo engraving in concrete floors?
Yes — we engrave logos, business names, crests, and custom designs straight into the concrete with our CNC equipment. It's a signature detail most flooring contractors can't touch. Ask us about adding one to your floor.
How long does a floor job take?
Most residential jobs run a few days from grind to final coat, depending on square footage, slab condition, and cure times. Larger commercial floors take longer. We give you a realistic timeline up front — and we don't rush cure times, because that's what makes a floor last.
Do you handle both residential and commercial work?
Both. Garages, patios, and modern home floors, plus showrooms, restaurants, retail, warehouses, and dealership floors across Southwest Florida. Same crew, same standard, whether it's a two-car garage or a 10,000-square-foot slab.
Can you coat or refinish an existing floor?
Usually, yes. We assess the existing slab or coating first — sometimes we can grind and recoat, sometimes the old material has to come off to do it right. We won't lay a new floor over a failing one just to save time, because it won't hold.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Fort Myers and serve all of Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and Ave Maria. Nearby and not on the list? Call us — we travel for the right job.
