WORX+ King Series GK-700 and GK-850 planetary concrete grinders
The Fleet

The machines behind the finish.

Surface Masters runs top-tier commercial grinding equipment — led by the WORX+ King Series, the latest generation of autopilot-capable planetary grinders, backed by our Husqvarna fleet for every job size we take on.

Engineered for the finish.

WORX+ King Series grinders

The WORX+ King Series. We chose this machine because it does what a good grinder is supposed to do — get out of the way so the finish can show up. No fighting the equipment. No fatigue over a long run. Just control, and a cleaner floor at the end of the day.

Stand off the machine. Run the floor.

Full radio-control operation. The operator stands off the machine — tighter grinds, safer maneuvering, zero fatigue over long runs.

Three machines. One reason we own them.

Every machine in our fleet got here for a reason — not because it was the cheapest, and not because it was the biggest. Because it does something specific for the work we take pride in.

The One That Built Us

This is the machine that put Surface Masters on the map. We ran it on warehouses, dealerships, and retail buildouts across Southwest Florida before most crews around here had even seen a remote-control grinder. It's still the workhorse — the machine we reach for when the job is wide open and needs to get done right.

The Spaces Others Can't Reach

We own this machine because houses matter to us — and most residential garages and interiors aren't built for industrial equipment. The smaller footprint clears standard doorways, tight corners, and single-car bays, but the finish is identical to our big rigs. No compromise, no "we'll just use a hand grinder in there." Full polish, every time.

Better machines make better floors.

Polished concrete is a physics problem before it's a design choice. Flatness, grit progression, densifier penetration, pad pressure — all of it comes back to the machine. Newer technology moves those variables in our favor.

Faster removal rates shorten the schedule. Smarter controls mean fewer passes to get to the finish. Real-time diagnostics catch issues before they become delays. Every hour saved on the mechanical work is an hour we can spend on the finish itself — the part clients actually see, touch, and live with for the next 20 years.

Better tools. More time on the part that matters.
