Polished concrete at Honda dealership lobby

Polished concrete.

The slab you already own — ground, densified, and polished to a lasting architectural finish. No coatings. No topical layers. No peel.

A mirror, revealed.

Polished concrete is not paint. It is not a coating. It is the slab itself — diamond-ground through a series of progressively finer abrasives, grouted to fill pores and micro-cracks, chemically densified, and honed until it reflects light.

The result is a surface with no topical layer to peel and no coating to chip off. What you walk on is the concrete itself — refined to an architectural finish that wears in, not out.

Detail of polished concrete finish

Four grades of exposure.

Every polished floor begins with a conversation about depth — how far down into the slab we grind before polishing begins. The answer determines the finish entirely.

  • Cream Finish Level A
  • Salt + Pepper Level B
  • Aggregate Expose Level C
  • Full Aggregate Level D

A multi-stage refinement, from raw slab to finished surface.

01

Assess

Core-sample the slab. Evaluate hardness, moisture, and aggregate exposure. Set target gloss and cut depth.

02

Grind

Metal-bond diamonds at 30, 50, 100 grit. Dustless extraction throughout. Surface is opened, flattened, and prepped.

03

Grout & Fill

Grouting compounds fill pores, pinholes, and micro-cracks. We grind through to a flat, uniform surface.

04

Densify

Lithium and potassium silicate penetrate the pore structure and chemically harden the slab from within.

05

Polish

Resin-bond diamonds at 200, 400, 800, 1500 grit. The slab is brought to its final reflective gloss.

Polish a space.

Residential garages to 100,000 sq ft retail. We price by the job.
