Commercial-grade floor systems engineered for the floors that work the hardest.
Epoxy is not a paint. A properly specified system is a multi-layer assembly — prepared substrate, primer, flake or pigment base, and a clear topcoat — chemically bonded to the slab to form a single floor.
We work across the full coating stack: epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and urethane cement. The right system depends on the traffic, chemistry, uptime, and budget of the space — we scope each job to the environment rather than pushing one product at every floor.
We specialize in commercial and industrial-scale coating systems — spaces where downtime is expensive and the floor has to hold up to real work.
Every project is scoped to the traffic, chemistry, and uptime requirements of the environment. Residential garages welcome.
Diamond grind the slab to a proper concrete profile. Without this, no coating will last. Dustless extraction throughout.
Moisture-mitigating primer bonds to the prepared surface and blocks vapor transmission from below.
Pigmented epoxy base coat with full vinyl flake broadcast or solid color, installed to specification.
High-solids polyaspartic or urethane topcoat. UV-stable and chemical-resistant. Ready for light foot traffic the next day, full use in 48–72 hours.
